Brian Bay is a technical instructor for the ZF Group specializing in passenger car powertrain diagnostics and advanced chassis systems. With over 20 years of dealership experience, Brian is ASE Master Certified with L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification, a Ford Senior Master Technician, and a Volvo Certified Expert. He has served on the ASE Transmission Certification Question Writing Committee and the ASE Hybrid Vehicle Committee and is a U.S. Army veteran. Brian is part of the ZF training team recognized with the 2026 Import Marketing and Training Award for Best Training Initiative or Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Louis University and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Automotive Technology, and enjoys building and restoring classic and rest-o-mod vehicles

"Dutch" Silverstein, earned his Accredited Automotive Manager Certificate from AMI, and owned and operated A&M Auto Service, a seven-bay, eight-lift shop in Pineville, North Carolina for over 25 years. Dutch was a captain for a major airline earning type ratings in a variety of aircraft including the Boeing 767/757, 737, 200, 300, and 400 series, Airbus 319/320/321, McDonnell Douglas MD80/DC9 and Fokker FK-28 mk 4000 and 1000. After medically retiring, he transitioned his part-time auto repair business into a full-time occupation.
