o Winners can also choose to upgrade at their own expense. For example, a winner could elect to buy a $7,000 MTB bike and pay the difference.

o Niko from Charlie's Foreign Car and owner of Charlie's Electric Bike will be responsible for providing "White Glove" service for the winners. He will order, assemble, palletize and ship the bikes to the winners. Only the front wheel will need to be reattached to begin riding.
